Urban Residences Maastricht occupies a historic former post office building on Vrijthof Square, featuring 18 unique apartments designed by architect Wiel Arets. Accommodations range from 52m² suites with open-plan kitchens and curtain-separated sleeping areas to 93m² Family Suite XL apartments with king-size beds and separate single beds. All units include Nespresso machines, Bosch induction cooktops, Miele appliances, Loewe smart TVs, and epoxy floors with underfloor climate control. The Penthouse features a 32m² private roof terrace with lounge set and glass facade overlooking the courtyard.

Self-Catering Facilities

Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hob, and complete cookware sets from Alessi. No on-site restaurant, but dozens of dining establishments surround the property including Tony's Pizza, The Coffee Bean, and local bakeries selling traditional Vlaai pastries. The reception provides recommendations for Carmine's Italian Restaurant and other nearby eateries within 3-minute walking distance.

Recreation & Exploration

Guests have access to 6 urban city bikes for rent to explore Maastricht. The property is 500 meters from boat tours on the Maas River and 300 meters from Bookstore Dominicanen in a converted 13th-century church.
